Town Hall: A Disability Perspective on the COVID-19 Pandemic in Manitoba- February 23 at 7pm CT

Join us on February 23, 2021 at 7pm to 9pm for a town hall to discuss issues on living with a disability in Manitoba during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed will be around income assistance and security, accessing disability services and lack on information around COVID-19 for the disability community.

Whitney Hodgins is a graduate of Brandon University and is the current Chairperson of MLPD. She is an award winning advocate becoming last year’s Future Leader of Manitoba Award and CBC Manitoba’s Future 40 Finalist recipient for her contributions to disability justice and mental health in the Westman region.
