An exciting initiative is launching at AccessNow! This is an opportunity designed to empower and uplift the next generation of disability leaders called the AccessStudio: NextGen Program!
NextGen is a six-week personal leadership program designed to develop the skills for future employment, self-esteem, and confidence as future disability leaders.
Program Details:
6-week long program, from May 13th to June 21st, 2024.
Commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
The program is run entirely online.
Each participant will receive a $2,000 honorarium to participate in the 6-week program with the additional budget allocated for their capstone project
Eligibility Requirements:
Disabled Canadian youth between the ages of 18 – 30.
Participants must have access to a computer and internet connection.

NextGen provides mentorship, personal development sessions, and community engagement projects.
